The hotel is wonderful and clean, the staff are nice, location is fantastic close to the metrostation. The food is fresh and freshly made. The rooms are absolutely fabulous and fairly quiet and they have a mini-bar, a heating system and coffee facilities. It offers excellent services and has a savoury and tasty breakfast choices. I need to say that free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property.

There is no free WiFi and actually no free internet of any kind except in the loby on hotel's PC. This should be corrected ASAP. In Mercure City Graz WiFi is available in every room free of charge.

Helpfulness of the staff, with a 24-hour front desk. Great location...close to good transportation and within walking distance of Old Town. I appreciated the fact that separate twin beds were available...that's not often the case elsewhere.
The breakfast was good, but overpriced. The wi-fi in the room was slow.

Strongly recommend for a weekend jaunt
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the location was perfect for exploring the city, being just a short walk from public transport and nearby attractions like St Stephen's cathedral.
